Terms of Service

All Claudia Russell Nutrition programme bookings are subject to the following appointment schedules, fees and terms:

Amphitrite Four-Week Programme                                         

Duration: 4 weeks from first consultation

Fee: £375

Programme Offering:

1 x Initial Consultation (1 hour 15 minutes), 1x Follow-up (45 minutes), Diet and Lifestyle Analysis, Nutritional and Supplement Protocol, Lifestyle Recommendations, Recipes (where required) and Educational Material (where required).

Follow-up appointment to be attended within 4 weeks of the initial consultation. 

Tiamat Eight-Week Programme                                             

Duration: 8 weeks from first consultation

Fee: £650

Programme Offering:

1 x Initial Consultation (1 hour 15 minutes), 2x Follow-Up (45 minutes),  2x Telehone Check-ins (20 minutes), Diet and Lifestyle Analysis, Nutritional and Supplement Protocol, Lifestyle Recommendations, Recipes (where required) and Educational Material (where required) and one Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) test.

Follow-Ups and telephone check-ins are to be scheduled at times convenient for client but as guided by Claudia Russell. All follow-ups and telephone check-ins are to be attended within 8 weeks of the initial consultation. 

Aphrodite Twelve-Week Programme                                   

Duration: 12 weeks from first consultation

Fee: £850

Programme Offering:

1 x Initial Consultation (1 hour 15 minutes), 3x Follow-Up (45 minutes),  3x Telephone Check-ins (20 minutes), Diet and Lifestyle Analysis, Nutritional and Supplement Protocol, Lifestyle Recommendations, Recipes (where required) and Educational Material (where required) and one Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) test.

Follow-Ups and telephone check-ins are to be scheduled at times convenient for client but as guided by Claudia Russell. All follow-ups and telephone check-ins are to be attended within 12 weeks of the initial consultation. 

Payment Terms:

All payments for appointments and packages are taken upfront at the time of booking. Bookings cannot be considered confirmed until payment is made and if payment is not made at the time of booking, then any appointments or programmes provisionally scheduled may be cancelled at the discretion of Claudia Russell. 

These fees do not include the costs for additional testing or supplements. 

Any follow-ups or telephone check-ins not used within the programme timeframes outlined above will be forfeited by the client. 

Cancellation Policy and Charges

All appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours are charged a £150 cancellation fee. Receipt of the cancellation fee must be received before the appointment is rescheduled. If the cancellation fee is not paid, the client forfeits their appointment.
