Introduction

Claudia Russell is a Nutritional Therapist and MCA Coach based in South West London. She is passionate about women’s health and the psychology surrounding food and eating habits.

Working both in-person and online, Claudia is driven to help her clients align nutritional well-being with their overall health through joy and sustainable personalised programmes.

You are more than what you eat.

When we think of health and being in good health, food is often one of the first things that comes to mind. We all hold our own beliefs about food; we learn these growing up, through personal experience or the latest article we’ve read online. However, there is so much conflicting information available and it is easy to get lost or overwhelmed.

There is also a complex web of emotional associations surrounding food. Guilt, comfort, joy, to name a few… We can feel bad if we indulge in the “wrong” things and even when we are eating all the “right” things, there is still a possibility that we have no energy and struggle with our weight and self-image.

Addressing your health concerns is so much more than just treating surface-level symptoms. Stress, hormonal imbalances and lifestyle factors (to name a few) can all be detrimental influences even if you are making healthy choices in what you are eating. Getting to these root causes is key when optimising your health.

This is why we start with you and work backwards to unravel any negative beliefs and systemic imbalances to create a nutrition plan that can be easily integrated with your lifestyle and support your personal journey towards optimal health.

It is important to stress that we do not impose a rigid set of rules on our clients when it comes to eating well.

We find out what our clients like to eat, as well as what they need physiologically and we build a nutrition plan to suit each unique set of tastes, requirements and preferences.

Our programmes include powerful tools such as delicious nutritious recipes, inspiring resources and journaling prompts to support every health journey we support.

It is only through joy, balancing the body and nourishing the soul that we can build sustainable healthy habits and forge the way towards lasting positive transformation.

Meet Claudia

Claudia has been fascinated by food and its fundamental role in health for several years. Her innate sense that the body could heal itself with the right support and nourishment led her to study at the College of Naturopathic Medicine where she completed a Diploma in Nutrition.

Claudia takes a person-centred approach to her work, drawing from her expertise in nutrition while addressing her clients’ mindsets around food and encouraging positive emotional shifts and physical transformations that are both sustainable and beneficial to long-term health.
